My main websites focus on my reading, most particularly my love of classic literature from antiquity to Victorian Literature, and some books from today. I am a stay-at-home mom blogging as my free time allows. I enjoy being a part of the online community, and only wish I had more time to give to it. Thanks for celebrating the classics with me! Please join in the discussion.
Rebecca Reads is a blog of my reading progress. I try to capture my personal thoughts on reading and rereading classic fiction, nonfiction, and children's literature, as well as some of the picture books I enjoy reading with my son. Information about my favorites books can be found on my Rebecca Reads About Page.
As a way of generating interest in classics throughout the blogging community, I also coordinate the The Classics Circuit. The Classics Circuit promotes classic authors through a "blog tour." There is no compensation to participants on The Classics Circuit blog tours. For information on participating on an upcoming tour, visit "Join the Circuit".
Other sites on rebeccareid.com are of secondary importance to me. They highlight some of my other hobbies and interests. I love photography, and I keep Focus to display some of the favorite photographs I've taken. I also occasionally track my cooking projects and struggles on Salt and Pepper: Rebecca's Cooking Journal, an amateur attempt to make family cooking more fun.
